Help for phobias and fears in Cornwall
You can overcome phobias and fears in only 6-8 weeks with The Thrive Programme, in Falmouth. I also welcome enquiries from Truro, St. Austell, Exeter and Cornwall.
What is a phobia?
A phobia is an intense fear of a situation or an object that wouldn't normally worry other people. People can develop a phobia about any object, and about any situation.
People may experience a fear for a long period of time, but it may not dramatically affect their lives. They may feel a bit uncomfortable or anxious but they can get through the situation. Sometimes when someone feels very anxious, knowing that they are going to have to confront their fear, they may make the decision to avoid the situation instead. Once this starts to happen the fear can impact someone's live and start to change the things they do (or don't do). Fears can easily be overcome with The Thrive Programme at Thrive with Ali, covering Falmouth and Truro.
